The Kaiser Baldwin Park facility's world class nursing staff is organized as a highly effective "Targeted Unit Based Team." This has created fantastic cohesion between labor and management. The assignment for this film was to highlight how the "T-UBT" directly creates a better work environment and more importantly, delivers better patient care.
